Make it. Understand it.
Control it.
If you do not know what the business really profits, tax time keeps surprising you, the books stay behind, or you are making bigger decisions without clear numbers, you probably need more than somebody who sees you once a year. The Money Control Method™ gives you ongoing help getting the numbers together and using them before the next problem shows up.

What the starting price assumes
Designed around one business, one owner, up to two connected bank/credit accounts, and approximately 150 monthly transactions. The included owner return covers one federal and North Carolina return within normal plan complexity.
Additional entities, owners, states, accounts, higher transaction volume, payroll, sales-tax filings, 1099 preparation, rentals, complex investments, and IRS representation may increase the monthly fee or be quoted as add-on work.
New-client financial setup & onboarding starts at $399. Catch-up or cleanup bookkeeping is assessed and quoted separately before monthly service begins. All Money Control Method plans are 12-month engagements, and final pricing is confirmed after we review the business structure and books.
Your financial strategy should do more
than file a return.
When bookkeeping, entity structure, deductions, retirement planning, and tax decisions are handled separately, opportunities can be missed. The Money Control Method brings those pieces together so we can evaluate potential savings and planning moves using your actual numbers before decisions are made. If your entity itself is the problem, revisit your business formation and compliance first.
Tax outcomes vary by client. We identify and model planning opportunities using your actual books, entity structure, income, and tax situation before recommending a strategy.
From financial confusion to money control.
Your books are a mess
You don't really know your numbers until tax time — if then. Clean, categorized books delivered monthly become the foundation every decision rests on.
You plan too late
By January, most money-saving moves are already off the table. We plan all year, moving before the year closes — not after.
Filing is a fire drill
Every April is a scramble. Accurate, audit-ready filing handled on schedule turns it into a non-event.
Your tax strategy is disconnected
Entity structure, deductions, retirement planning, and owner compensation should work together. We review the full picture and model appropriate options before recommending a move.
